I can still connect to XBL making new accounts and testing connection does that mean i can still make a new account and im not console banned?

same happened to me it is a very unfortunate thing... my acc had like 20k plus gamerscore and like 2000 msp on it and it got banned

yep it sucks..I only got 1 prestiege from the lobby and i get banned
