I could be mistaken, but you might need to be 16 to purchase it. It's around $30-$40 and most pharmacies carry it. Just remember, the longer you wait, the less effective it will be. Generally has a very high success rate if taken w/in the first 24 hrs. If its been longer than 72 hours...don't waste your cash on it. If you have to bite the bullet and tell your parents to have them help you get the pill...do it. It might be hard now...but its a whole lot easier to tell them now, than to tell them she's pregnant a few weeks from now.

Again, it doesn't sound like either of you are ready to be having sex, so the best advice I could give would to be stop and wait until both of you are a little older/wiser/more mature.
