I was playing with some random players total of 4 players recently. We didn't do any easter egg. I had an upgraded scavenger and killed George at Speed Cola area and he dropped a perk and a waffle gun.
At first i thought it was a death machine until i grabbed it and it turns out to be a waffle gun. Don't know what happened but i'm still trying to find out.

its because the person that killed george had done the heaster egg already. once u do it one time if u kill gerorge then u get the wonder waffle.

one of the randoms already did the easter egg if someone in the game ever has u get a wonderwaffle for killing george
