If anyone is intrested.

They are making a Bill to stop Gaming videos and Streaming everywhere.
it's called Bill S.978

So that means Half of youtube is going to be taken down, Machinima will be gone.
If it is passed into congress, you can get massive fines, or go to jail up to 5 years.

will not pass...its too big to be brought down and i dont see big companies like activision wanting this as it brings in alot of costumers...think of how many costumers call of duty gets from E3 and youtube commentators... its bullshit that congress is trying to do this... freedom of speech and freedom of press... obama and congress can smd
