And also, you need to make sure you've already formatted your USB drive for your 360 by plugging it in then going to System Settings > Memory Settings, clicking on USB storage device and then clicking Configure.

After configuring/formatting it, move your Xbox Live profile from your hardrive to your USB stick and then I can do the rest.
