They won't be able to tell you what email address is associated with a gamertag. The security information they need to authenticate someone is your phone number, your physical address and your mailing address. If you don't have the right email address (which is the core issue here) they won't be able to help you with anything.

login to your xbox account then go to my xbox across to mange account then to windows id and it should tell you if not put it in utube or go to my xbox across one and it says it at the bottom if it works just give me gold and rep if u want hope this helped my gt is crispyb9 if your sending gold in a message
