Well go onto that account and maybe ask microsoft to send the info to that account.

As long as there is an anlternate email and its for that account they will allow it to be sent to that.

go to xbox.com and put in ur GT and password if it pops up with a error then there should be a tab were it says forgot email hope this helps 8)
