Is it possible to have money on a paypal account without having a credit card, charge card, or bank account?

You need to get it verified which requires that but you can still revive money...just not use it lol

yes. people can send you money on paypal. but you cant send it without a credit card or some form verification.

Your best bet is to take 20 dollars to walmart and ger a reloadable visa card and use that as your "credit card" thats what is did because my parents didnt let me use theirs. haha
