I think you tried to hard on it.
The effects aren't that great either.

not that great there really wasn't much of an edit there
needs better CC and some more interesting stuff like use twixtor or something

thanks i did try pretty hard but not that good of effects because i dont use after effects its too confusing

Twixtor is for AAE and you said it is too confusing so i reccomend playing around with it for maybe 30 minutes or so thats how i figured it out at first once you know the basics then look up some tuts it will improve your edits a lot. I see your potential so keep at it

thanks for the advise there is also twixztor for sony vegas 10 but not many people know about it but maybe i should use it on AAE because it may be good for edits thanks
