Well it depends on the gun, if you have an non super gun normally i would get Jug so i could run past them and when I reload i have more time but if I get ray gun I get phd no matter what because it is really hard to go down with a raygun and phd but when phd of you go down a lot. So really first I get Jug or PHD Then I get PHD or Jug then Stamin-up and finally speed cola.
