He stated that he is a fan of the sniping in MW2 and did the best to keep it like it was ( balanced ). And that he thought the fact that you could rush with a sniper was a signature of mw2. Expect to have some great sniping in MW3

This is horrible news. The snipers in Black Ops sucked, so that definitely needs to be addressed, but quick scoping should in no way shape or form be in MW3. A player uses a sniper rifle to sacrifice close range combat ability for long range power and accuracy. Let people use a secondary if they want to rush as a sniper. Quick scoping is impossible realistically, and it ruins the game. And the worst thing isn't even being quick scoped at close range. It's getting stuck in a lobby or on a team of ****** that just go around trying to do it all the time, or even worse trying to do 360's, all the while contributing nothing to the team because they're dying more often than not in the process. Kill quick scoping; bring back real sniping
