Don't listen to any of these retarded trolls, nothing will happen, the worse case senario is that the card owner will check there bank statement, ring up MS and get the card canceled in which case your profile will get banned.

I used to steal peoples accounts and use there credit card, I have spent well over $5000, I eventually got banned (console ban) but this was after many, many complaints.

Don't worry, you'll be fine. I have actually contacted microsoft in regards to a similar senario to this, and they said it doesn't fall under the catogary of fraud and isn't actually illegal to do, just against the ToS (XBox Terms of Service)
