its a problem with the disc tray most likely, check the xbox section.

its prob you disc tray, put your disc in then when it doesnt show turn your xbox off, smack it on the side twice, turn it back on and it sould work. well worked for me

That happens with me sometimes.
-Open your disc tray
-Small semi ring in the tray, I know this sounds stupid but run your finger around it a few times. After It may work. Atleast that's what I do and it works.
If that doesn't work look at the red line(disc reader) and if that is off then try to reline it.
My next option is call microsoft and see if you can get a new xbox.
