Click once on the Windows "Start" button and select the "Control Panel" option.
2 of 5
Click once on the "Uninstall a program" link under the "Programs" section of the "Control Panel" window.
3 of 5
Click once on the "AIM Toolbar" listing under the "Name" section of the "Programs and Features" window. It might help to click once on the "Name" header to sort the program list alphabetically.
4 of 5
Click once on the "Uninstall/Change" button on the "Programs and Features" window. This will launch the "AIM Toolbar Uninstall" window.
5 of 5
Click once on the "Uninstall" button on the "AIM Toolbar Uninstall" window. If you do not have administrative rights to the computer under your user ID, someone with those rights might have to type in her user ID and password to proceed with the uninstallation. Depending on the speed of your computer, the uninstall process might take a minute or so. Click once on the "Close" button after the uninstallation has finished.
