Try using usb Xtaf and make sure you rehash and resign

Rehash and resign it using your console and profile ID.

then you need to make sure you're not on XBL with the save

if your downloading it to your device you need to have your profile on your usb, if your downloading it to your desktop,you have to have your save on your usb then you need to swap id's and save it to your device

make sure you rehashed and resigned and make sure you edit the name of the modded gamesave and put .svg at the end

when do i rehash and resign

TUT ON MODIO SAVE MODDING:
1- OPEN UP USB EEXPLORER.

2- CLICK ON YOUR USB DEVICE THAT WILL BE LISTED IF YOU HAVE IT CONNECTED TO YOUR PC.

3- CLICK ON THE GAME YOU WANT TO MOD THAT YOU HAVE A GAMESAVE FOR.

4- DRAG IT TO YOUR DESKTOP.

*(OPTIONAL) - CREATE A NEW FOLDER ON YOUR DESKTOP AND NAME IT "REGULAR GAMESAVE" AND DRAG THE GAMESAVE INTO THE "REGULAR GAMESAVE" FOLDER TO BE ORGANIZED.*

5- OPEN MODIO

6- CLICK ON THE DROP-DOWN AND CLICK ON "DOWNLOAD A GAMESAVE".

7- SEARCH THE GAME THAT YOU WANT TO MOD AND DOWNLOAD ANY SAVE THAT YOU THINK FITS YOU BEST AND MEETS YOUR STANDARDS.

8- WHEN ITS ON YOUR DESKTOP, DRAG BOTH SAVES INTO MODIO AND COPY AND PASTE YOUR PROFILE AND DEVICE ID (Ex: E34633478G83830) ON TO THE MODDED SAVE WHICH SHOULD HAVE A CODE LIKE THIS (Ex: E000000000000)

9- CLICK REHASH AND RESIGN. (A COUPLE OF TIMES TO BE SURE)

10- CLOSE MODIO AND THEN DRAG THE MODDED GAMESAVE BACK INTO YOUR USB IN THE USB XPLORER PROGRAM.

11- CLOSE YOUR DEVICE AND THEN PLUG YOUR USB FLASH DRIVE BACK INTO YOUR XBOX.

12- DRAG YOUR SAVE GAME BACK INTO YOUR HARD DRIVE OR ANYTHING YOU USE TO SAVE.
U SHOULD BE DONE .
