yo might aswell customise a dell xps on dells website because dell now own alien ware so u can add the same stuff to a xps as an alien ware and it will cost u alot less this is what i did

alienware sucked after dell took over, but there back on track. however digital storm is wayyyyyyyyy better, but more costly

Personally i was a fan of Alienware back before dell.

Boss got a replacement for his XPS they gave him the M17x

I was at work with my mac when his Alienware arrived.

For a laugh I said lets put them side by side (after installing software) and see how much the Alienware slaps my mac.

Ouch.....

Not only did my mac start quicker but i was also able to load up my Windows 7 ultimate in VMware before he even entered his password.

For the same specs as the alienware systems you can build one and save a shed load of money.

Im not bashing Alienware im just saying they aint as good as they used to be.

I think Alienware are best for .. Gaming . They are also very fast and they look great.
My personal opinion, Alienware are the best laptop for its price
