On the side it says Multiplayer-None- so a good question.

Of course, you're buying the game as it comes on the disc

I have GTA4, Dead Rising 2, and BFBC2 on Games on Demand

All came with multiplayer ;)

unless its an xbox original game no it wont have multiplayer but if its an xbox 360 game yes i have cod4 from games on demand it works great not a scratch on it

To rephrase what other people said, if you buy the game, you get the full game with all the content it has on the original disk.

If its an xbox "original" game then it won't have multiplayer.
