If the console boots, it is most likely your soldering.

Have you installed Port95 for your LPT port and what program are you using?

My jtag has 2rings:( 1. Wut does that mean? 2. How can ME,MYSELF&I fix it? With out sending it 2 some1?

When I put a patch on my jtag everything goes fines but when I start up the game (CoD 4) i select default_mp.xex and then start up a game in system link to try it out nothing happens (its just a normal game). What can I do to fix this?

make sure the patch is named patch_mp.ff

Also check to make sure you have a modded default_mp.xex

Means it is overheating. If the consoles is getting REALLY hot than try replacing thermal paste and 12v fan mod. If it isnt getting too hot, you may just have to cut the temperature sensor.

yes i have port95 installed and i have used both nandpro2.0d via cmd and jtag tool.

Im pretty sure its not my soldering as i made sure it was spot on, i have also just tried to dump a big block jasper, same result, cannot detect flash controller!!! its really getting to me now.

I am useing 100 ohm half watt resistors soldered to a lpt connector, diode is soldered to mobo and cat5e cable wires stripped out of pvc at aprox 5 inch's long
(360 mobo is level with lpt port so i can use the shortest wire possible).

Also with lpt not in the pc the console boots into dash no probs, with lpt in pc it will not power on, so i thinkm y wires are ok.

The only thing i can think of is the one ground conection (on both 360's funny enough) next to the gpu does not go all the way through the hole on the solder point, no matter how much heat i use it just wont go all the way.

could that be my problem do you think?

My Jtag has Black screen with no Audio how do i fix it...AV cables are fine tried it on 3 TVs also

I have the mw2 iso ripped to my jtag with the tu7 in cache... and the patch.xex and the default_mp.xex are in my mw2 iso folder..everyone I hit defaut_mp.xex...it will go to the mw2 multiplayer for like 2 seconds and then freeze my whole xbox...I have ripped the iso several times and that doesn't work...my single player section works fine...I have a hd tv an I'm using composite cables (red white yellow) and my mw2 disk is kind of scuffed...any suggestions on what to do? Thnks
