Lol when that happens I just use it back. The thing I hate is when people freak out if you use any gun other then a sniper to quick scope with. It's a game with many weapons I can use any of them I want and so can every one else. I'm not trying to disagree with your post though I know what you mean the ump is overpowered and way overused. I just hate seeing everyone using the same gun and thinking they're amazing with it. But nothing is worse than being spawn tubed haha

I completely agree with you 100% on that. People who complain when you "hard scope" or don't use a sniper are so annoying and being spawn tubed does suck.
