It should have done, Iv'e done it repeatedly and got a perk? Try doing the eclipse whilst having it PAP!

Watch the video, you clearly see them getting a perk from a monkey lol

um wrong u wont get a perk bottle automatically with a shrink gun it just kills them

Nice find about the "Shooting the monkey WILL get you the Perk bottle" or whatever. Never knew this.

If you activate the elclipse and have an PAP shrink ray the yeah it does
