Hello I am having some HUGE paypal problems.

It has to do with limitations. I will start in last may when my account was limited because
my debit card was used on an account back in 2010. I told them how this was completely impossible because my card was created with my checking account in february of this year. the paypal person sounded extremely confused, asked me a few questions and took off the limitation.

I was fine until yesterday when i was limited again.

I didnt get the chance to call until this evening. They told me that my information was found to be used on another account or "linked". I asked what information was linked and they would not tell me. I also asked if my name and other information was the same on the accounts and if I just had a different email account that I dont remember making. They would not tell me this either. They told me that they made an executive decision to not allow me to use their services ever again because they think that I am too "high risk" of a customer. So now not only can I never use paypal again, which means no more gold or any other purchases really on the internet. It means that I have to worry about my bank and debit information being stolen (basically identity theft)

I am taking care of the identity theft part by getting a new card and account at my bank. But I am looking for TTG to help me with being able to use paypal again.

Not using paypal means risking having information stolen when online shopping (which apparently paypal didnt help too much the first time but still i want it). I also cant get gold and other similar subscriptions. Understand that I dont use paypal much. I have sold like 5 ebay items and paid for a few items nothing else.

So can anyone help me through this? I find it insanse, and my be getting an attorney. But I dont want to be that involved yet unless I find my identity has been stolen.
