This was my First Ever Pentool Drawing.

I had to draw it then scan it and pentool is in photoshop. I then exported it to Cinema 4D, Made it 3d and Rendered it. I added effects to it photoshop.

Ill give you a 9/10. Because the pentool is the hardest tool to master in Adobe.
