HD PVR help please

Total Media extreme recognizes the HD PVR as the source. However, right under where it says source there is no video input or audio input and therefore no video is recording. It works fine on my other computer, but that computer is slow. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix it. Will + rep.

make sure you refresh and that everything is plugged in and then make sure that you thing is set to YrBpB or something like that

thats the thing. It doesnt allow me to change the setting. It is just black under video input.

Restart your computer? or unplug everything and plug it back in.

I tried restarting. Then i reinstalled it and still nothing.
