it depends if he reports u or not if he doesnt know its u then u should be ok

Nothing unless you have a history of doing so, if you charged there card though you'd get console banned.

Nothing Will Happen, Accounts Are Stolen Everyday. Xbox Can Only Believe The Person Who Has The Account Details As They Have No Other Valid Proof That It Was Stolen, Even If The Person You Stole It From Ring Up.

Otherwise Anyone Could Ring Up Saying Someone Stole There Account And Have Anyone Account They Want.
