I've noticed people with like customized avatars and stuff, can anyone help me or does anyone know how to do that?

go to graphics board and request one then on your profile at the bottom it should have a box that is for a off site avatar

yep what he said or just find a moving avatar on google and put it in your avatar.

u can go on photoshop and search a pic then type in url on ur avatar !

You can get one from google or just make it yourself on photoshop cs5
