As the market has crashed it is hard to say, i would add the 5% EA tax you will be deducted to the starting price and make the buy now 1K more.

To find out 5% simply take 10% and half it.
Ie...10K-10%=1K /2= 500. Make the start price 10.5K and buy now 11.5K
