In case you don't know.. Pinging is finding out what cell tower their phone is in. This can be used to locate a person that you know has the cell phone.

The police use it on a regular basis.

Yes I understand that but lemme remind you that this was no pool it was a large carnival so it'll be a little more trickier than that but right now I am just waiting for a msg back on Facebook from my bros friend to see of any word of him reporting it missing or his car keys that were with his and my bros phone but thanks I'll be sure to let my brother know. /=
