I got into an infections lobby about a week ago and was supposedly put as a 10th prestige level 65 but when I go into the barracks where it is suppose to show my rank symbol it is nothing but a checkerboard of red and green squares. My prestige medal also does not show up next to my GT in the pregame lobby it only shows the 65. Anyone know how to make this go away?

no sorry, it doesn't go away, you got into what is called a 11th prestige lobby, you are 11th prestige, you might or might not be able to get 10th because you would have to go into a deranking lobby, then another 10th lobby
