guy says hell give me a challenge lobby by system link, he says if i change my password on my email account he cant steal it, should i trust him?

Although he says that you can change your password and email on him. right on the xbox dashboard there is a a setting in profile>account managment>windows live ID>change password. So as long as he has your account on the dashboard he can do what ever he wants> So the simple answer is no. Unless you know him in real life and trust him.
