I was wondering if there was a working way to hotswap without installing the game?

no, it was patched on the kinect dashboard update months ago. you have to open your xbox to hotswap.

oh oh sorry tired wasnt paying attention lol, errm i dont think so, i always get disk unreadable when i try it but im sure there is a way...

Yes if you hotswap and press the play button instead of the install button when you press Y I would always do this when I didn't have enough Hard drive space.

When you are on the screen when you press Y and it says play game on top and install game on bottom.
