how does sight of hand help on hardcore?

Do you mean the Saw with a Grip because i thought that replaced perk 1 if you can get that anyway.
So Bandolier Couldn't be used beacuse of the grip no big deal just confused me a little.

Because on Core not all Snipers are 1 hit kill and other guns take a little bit longer to kill.
Where as on Hardcore the Health is lower so you can use other Perks like Sleight of hand and be 1 hit kill.

nope, druganov and M21 take two most of the time

I'm sure M21 and Dragunov don't take 2 shots on Hardcore.
