ohk, i would like to know if it is possible t host JUST 10th prestige on MW2 without a JtaG, Any info whould be awesome.

Nope there is no way to host a 10th on mw2 without a jtag!

As of right now the general public cannot only a few people are past TU7 and are not releasing it to the public.. However I believe Eaton is hosting pre-orders for his lobbies now

no recent game updates have patched any usb moding for this time being
