So today i got my self a new pc from Comet and it keeps asking me for a "comet password", so i called them about the password and they gave me the password to use and still did not work.

So i am asking if any one can help me to reset it or get rid of it.

yea, turn off the computer. Then turn the computer back on, and it'll say like hit delete to enter bios, and hit that. And you will have to look under the tabs and one tab will have an option on passwords. And just turn it off.
