Well Here Are The Problems

For some reason it lets me on the internet now but it didnt use to
about every 5 minutes it refreshes my page/desktop or w.e and then if i click somthing
like ex. controll panal it with give me this random code error like
38424-3njf83-fdnmj38f-3j83h???
Then i have to shut it down and reboot it
also a while time ago it didnt let me open any of my internet explore like firefox or google chrome

and if i open controll panal it will close within 30minutes

Things i have done to fix

i have webroot antivrus like $60 program didnt find anything
microsoft security essinatials didnt do aything
System restore still had the virus back then
It deleted system32 so i can restore my whole computer to like when it was new

also i have this...

and if i try to delete one it come back right away

Please some help me i also have teamviewer

if your wondering why i dont have gold because i dont like it and i dont wanna pay 6 dollars a month so i just send you the money and if you need proof i show your my paypal or teamviewer:)

svchost is not a virus is all the processes needed for windows to run.
it shouldnt be deleted and the reason there is so many is because it would take too much pc usage to put them all in one executable file so they split them up to reduce the impact on the performance

Put your computer into safe mode with networking and download malwarebytes. Run the scan and restart your computer once it's done. You should be good now. All the virus does is duplicate itself to slow your computer down to crap.
