you can change your time zone to the last one. But on the Bungie forums i saw that doing that only add the credits you earn after capping to the next days credits. so if you were to cap twice in the same day you wouldnt be able to earn any the next day.

hopefully. i try to only do it 2 or 3 times a day but thats just me.
and also with 343 and bungie switching being banned might be harder to do for a little while
