When I turn on my xbox from regular power button the screen is just black, and the jtag is perfect no red rings or anything. But it works good when i turn it on exel (turn on buy eject button) it works fine but I dont know what to do because i cant even go on dashboard anymore and dishtray wont even open somebody please help.

have you recently tried to update your dash ?
if so get a usb get your nand rename it to updflash.bin plug it into your jtag run Xell wait for it all to stop unplug your power cable wait 30 secs and plug it back in

You must of flashed a bad nand. As long as you have you're old flash dump, I should be able to create a new image for you to flash.
