By scamming you he commited a fraudlent crime and since the crime took over the internet/through different state's he commminted a felony which are cause for an arrest and @ minimum 3 year's in prison depending on what state you're from. You need to file a police report and show proof on what he was suppose to send you and what you ended getting, and what you send.
