Its called Net tools 5 mate, just go to UDP flooder, type in 27.27.27.27 and type Data over and over, and set speed to 10, then start and stop every like 4 secs, trust me, i did this host, they just stood still, and then lagged out eventually, and so did I, also xLag 2.0 is a good and easy one to use!
