Chances are if you dont own a reflow station- which is $2000 for a good one. You will have to send it to someone to repair it!

I suggest a reball for that. Reflows are "ehh". With reballs you will never get rrod again (soiveheardlol).

E04 (No Audio/Video) / 0010
1) Southbridge X-Clamp-Fix
2) Reflow the Southbridge area
3) Check the area under the Southbridge for parts that might have fallen off and solder them back on.
Description:There is a problem with the Southbridge Chip usually dealing with how it connects to the mainboard (cold solder joint/bridged solder joints).
Information from xbox-experts.co.uk/errorcode/E04/0010/.
If i was you i would reflow the xbox with a heatgun. Its easy and simple to do and cheap, also change the xclamps.

Nice video below to reflow and another for the xclamp fix.

I had my jtag reeballed and i got rrod, so this information is wrong. There are still many problems that cause rrod. Reeballing the gpu or cpu will not fix all problems just make the chances of getting rrod lower.
