Looks good, I like the centring of the Facebook logo with the circle background behind it, then an omni light used to make it shine and stand out more. I think you should add a water mark or some sort of text to spark it up a little. I like the background with all the Facebook logos with overlapping style. Looks good, keep creating and you'll improve.
