I have a Call Of Duty 5 disc that WAS working fine but is not now it keeps on freezing on the loading.... screen can anyone suggest a way to help fix this or clean my disc

NOTE IT HAS NO SCRATCHES AND I TOOK IT TO BLOCKBUSTER TO BE CLEANED BUT NOT EVEN THAT WORKED.

Can only Suggest GT checks but if used before i dont know what patch is it??
