and HALO and COD are 2 tottaly different games one is set in 2012-15 the other is set in like the 2500's they are tottaly different Halo and cod both have issues so saying that one should learn from the other is completely idiotic!if anything the game studios should learn from one thing...THE FEEDBACK OF THE PLAYERS!

Before I start ranting on about this quote, I would like to say a few things: I love the CoD series. Despite the flaws I've learned to live with, I still like the game.

I don't think any of the proposed changes from Halo to CoD should be implemented for the fact that then, CoD becomes more of a sci-fi game (Forge). More game modes would be great, and you can't really customize your appearance do to the fact that you have to look like a team (Black Ops did a good job at the customization though) [SideNote: I HATE Black Ops with a passion, but I like some of the things they did with it i.e. Theater].

Now back to the main reason why I posted this comment, the quote... YOU ARE AN IDIOT! As much as I love CoD, it is SOOOOOO unrealistic! Want some examples? Final Stand, 2 hits with a Barrett/intervention (some distances on core), dieing by direct impact from a flash bang grenade (WTF?!?!?), spawning after dieing, falling from extreme distances and surviving, marathon, O.M.A., scavenger, cold blooded, danger close (as a perk), commando, sitrep, ANY PERKS, glitches, hacks, mods, tactical insertion, need I say more? Despite all the factors that make it unreal, the game is still fun. As I was telling my friend earlier today, having a real life FPS would suck. You spend years in training, only to go on the field, die, and have to throw the game away due to the fact that your dead.
