first u need rep to give lol u have 0 right now
after u get rep
look at the bottom right corner of sumones post there u will see a little green flag
click it and put how much points ur gunna give them and if u agree or disagree
agree= +rep
disagree=-rep
u need 100 rep points to get one rep power
u need 25 (or 30) posts to get 1 rep power
rep power is the number next to the little green box by ur name
the more rep power u have the more u can + or - rep sumone
