Alright guys so i bought my son Fifa 10 and 5000 MSP to buy Ultimate team and to get him started on a few packs but it turns out when we went onto Fifa 10 he needed to get a Parental Consent form completed by the the parent/guardian (me) so i went onto the ea website filled it all out and when i got to the last page it said server error and i have tried this about 50 times since and nothing has changed is there anyway i can change the Age on his GT without making a new account (i have tried changing it on Hotmail and it doesen't work)

when any thing goes wrong with a game i just the ring the servers ( ea sports ) and see what they can do.

you dont need to sign one, you just agree to the thing on the actual xbox when trying to connect to the ea servers//
