Rep: is just a number unless you want to rep someone where after you get 25 posts or 100 rep points from people, rep is just a number kind of like rank to show how active you are...

What is reputation?
Reputation is something which displays on your profile, reputation is based on digits and reputation icons. You will earn reputation through creating useful topics and replies, helping others around the community and website. You get one reputation power for creating 25 posts on any forums, you also get given reputation from other members if they wish to do so. A reputation power is something which displays within the forums and reputation points only display on your reputation statistics located on your account under the reputation tab. 100 reputation points is the equivalent of one reputation power.
Gold and how do I get it, etc
Gold is a membership which gives you certain advantages over regular members within the community. Gold is something which you purchase and it's $5.97 each month, payments are recurring and can be cancelled at the end of the month. Information on the advantages of gold membership and where to purchase then visit this link: thetechgame.com/Premium.html Gold includes features like; personalised motto's, coloured username, ability to send 50 reputation points at one time, signature showing inside the forums, gold section etc. You can also receive the gift of gold from other members which means they pay for your month of gold for the same price of $5.97.
