I was wondering weather to flash my xbox yet, my cousins boyfriend has just offered to do it for £20 and he can get me ANY game I want for £5 each. Thats a very tempting offer.
He has also had his done and he plays online with the games and hasn't been banned from XBL yet and he said he's been doing it for ages.

I'm only considering this really because I have nothing else to do, i've got as far as I want to go on CoD:WaW, 3rd Prestige Lv.65, I don't want to go any further because i'll be on MW2 all the time and if I ever want to go on CoD:WaW again i'll already have decent guns and perks.
Zombies is boring when doing it solo, it's alright when there's a few mates online but that isn't very often.
I've got as far as I can on Trials HD, I know it's fun but meh, cba now

I'd definatly get it done if I had 2 xboxs, but I dont

Do you think I should get it done ? I know what you'll all think anyway but lol

Just do it think really whats the worst that can happen just don't go online with the illeagel games.
I want mine doing but don't know where to go for it.

I would 100% do it m8, i had mine chipped for about 2-3 years and had no problems with banning e.t.c what so ever. Only reason mine isnt chipped now is bcoz i got red ring and they sent me a brand new 1. Id go 4 it though.

I obviously wouldn't go online with games that aren't released yet, I might do it once my warrenty expires on it because it's voids it.

Also, I always thought you could get banned for going online with a flashed xbox, can't they find out ? Even if you played CoD4 online wouldn't they know ? I always thought you could :S

I would do it. If I knew someone that could flash xboxs easily then i would get it done. Cheap games! Isnt there a way to get rid of a console ban if you have a flashed xbox?

Sorry for the double post but if you flashed your xbox and you send it back to Microsoft they would surely know right ? Why would they send you a new one ?

yeh if you send them a flashed Xbox they will probaly find out.
If you go online with a real game i don't think you get caught.

Arent u listenin 2 me lol, i had a chipped xbox yes, played all my chipped games like cod4 and waw etc for 2-3 years, as long as they are out u can not get caught. I got red ring and they sent me a brand new one back, trust me its here, they cant tell. I would get it chipped asap.
