I really wanna know because there is a sub for sub forum and it is against the rules just like selling accounts but theres a forum do is there?

Its Called Market place but You Are not aloud To Sell Accounts Or Trade.

Nope due to there being no buying/selling/trading of any accounts within TheTechGame.

No selling of accounts isn't allowed, see here on the rules:

1.13 Any type of Account Sales/Trades/Giveaways are prohibited on TheTechGame. (e.g. Youtube/Runescape/Xbox ect...)

Although people break the rule every day, it isn't allowed. Sorry.
