Great way to put it. It's kinda true and I'll be a little honest, if I'm talking to a member in the SB and he joined per say yesterday, rather then a member who joined a year ago, I would treat the one with a year ago with more respect.

I did write this in one of my old rants and I should stop being hypocritical and change the way I act.

I should act the same way towards every member.
