And it would only work with transfer cable Youd have to create the right foder to put everydata in then oit would work

As said above, no it isn't. Those codes are already in the game, you're just activating them.

So if there in the game you should be able to do what the OP is saying

You cant because if u put on the usb it will only work on the xbox u saved it to the usb so try to save a game to ur hdd put the hdd in another xbox and try to play from hdd doesnt work says u have to use the xbox u installed with
