You still need a Credit/debit card on Your paypal to raise your sending limit.. If you dont have a card or Bank account on there than the spending limit is $0.00 So i dont understand why people cant pay through Google Checkout, Because All you need is a card, since you need one on Paypal Also. And with Checkout you never have to deal with any BULL :idea: Like with Paypal.
